The information contained on this page will help get you started, and will notify a team member who will serve as your Personal BNLV Banker to help you complete the switch.  At your convenience, your Personal BNLV Banker will verify your information, ask a few simple questions, and work with you to handle as much or as little as you need to transfer everything for you, quickly and efficiently. 

This Includes:

• Writing letters on your behalf to close and move your old account(s).
• Notifying vendors and your old bank of automatic payment transfers.
• Handling all of your payroll, retirement and/or social security direct deposit transfers.
• Changing all of your online bill payments for you.

1. Complete the on-line switch kit enrollment form (Forms-Switch Kit Enrollment Form ), and send it to us electronically at contactus@bankofnlv.com, or if you prefer, you can save the form, complete it at your convenience, and then fax it to us at 702-644-2265.
2. Once the completed form is received, you will be contacted on or before the next regular business day by your Personal BNLV Banker to arrange a convenient time to discuss your new account(s), set up your Personalized Switch Plan and answer any questions you may have regarding the process.
